I have a new project.  I have been hired by Oils and Foods (a Chilean Extra Virgin Avocado Oil producer) to do some recipe development.  The end result were these pictures that were taken by photographer Jill Lotenberg.  Oils and Foods is going to print a brochure for the upcoming Fancy Food Show in New York City.  There it will be distributed to many potential clients.
